This blend helps boost your milk supply when breastfeeding. Fennel helps boost your estrogen levels in return boosting your milk supply it also helps with your digestion particularly in babies suffering tummy discomfort. Basil helps to keep the supply up and maintained. Apply to the top half of the breasts avoiding the nipples after breastfeeding 1-3 times a day.
