Please take notice that in the current climate, delivery times may take a longer period to get to you. Australia Post is inundated with more parcels then the Christmas period. They must adhere to social distancing practices. There are also limited planes in the air flying parcels across the country. Please expect standard parcel shipping to be minimum 3 or 4 weeks wait. If you are concerned about your parcel being lost and you did not receive your emailed Tracking Number from Australia Post, please contact me ASAP to get your Tracking Number to you and I can raise an enquiry about your parcel if you are unsure how to do this via the Australia Post website.

All items are shipped as Tracked Parcel Post. We aim to have most products shipped within 48 hours, but please allow up to 10 business days for items to be shipped as this is a home based business, I also work part time and Children must take priority. If we are currently running a “SALE”, please expect a delay of up to 20 business days due to excessive amount of orders, especially if it is a handmade product. If you need something ASAP, please contact us first to discuss. Once items have been posted it is then out of our control how long Australia Post will take to deliver your item, in some cases this can take between 1 and 14 days. If you would like Signature on Delivery required, please leave a note at Checkout.
Please note that if posting to Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory or Western Australia, expect parcels to take well over 7 business days.
“Express” postage refers to once your order is made, it is posted via the Express Parcel post. This is only guaranteed express or overnight if you live in the guaranteed express area. Please note that parcels are sent from post code 2480 and if you are not within the Express Post Guaranteed area, parcels can take upto and exceed 6 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns on faulty items. However I do not accept returns on Change of Mind for Custom Orders or products that have been misused and safety/care instructions not followed. Due to hygiene restrictions we cannot accept refunds on dummies once they have left our premises. Please note that BIBS Dummies have a reccomended life of 6 weeks of use.
For faulty items contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Return product within 30 days of delivery, postage may be at customers expense depending on fault.
I don’t accept cancellations on Custom Orders, including Wooden Accessory Racks, Play Gyms and Play Gym Toys.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order Exchanges or refunds may be subject to an admin/handling fee.
Wooden items included wooden teething rings or beads, are subject to a 6 month life expectancy. You should discard these products after 6 months of use. We do not accept refunds/replacements on items that have been misused in reference to the safety and care card provided with each product. IE, We do not promote chewing on dummy clips, these are not teething toys and are a safety risk if you let your child chew on these products. If you use your dummy clip on thick clothing material like jumpers, this will cause the clip to wear out quicker.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
